SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within:
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. If you don't see a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@engraving-jewelry.com.
Address Changes & Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed, but if you contact us within 1 hour of ordering at support@engraving-jewelry.com, we'll do our best to make the correction.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:
Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and at your local post office.
Wait 24 hours — packages marked as "delivered" sometimes arrive the next day.
If still missing, contact us at support@engraving-jewelry.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
Engraving LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer after that window.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@engraving-jewelry.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
